How do I purchase an online test for a candidate?

You have an account with us which works like a mobile phone pay-as-you-go account. It should be topped up before you want to test a group of candidates, with just enough to pay for what you need. One solution here, if you are concerned however, is that you can require the test to be performed at your premises.

Are candidates allowed to use the internet?

Yes, and it is encouraged. In today's environment programmers will encounter problems where they're not aware of the answer. How they go about finding a solution is one of their most important assets. Search engines are crucial tools for programmers, and we feel an assessment method should reflect this.
